  • Clear Pools is a family-owned business run by Rob and Sarah Harvey, who are passionate about providing exceptional pool services. Together, they manage a blended family of seven children, with most of the kids pitching in to help run the shop—from office tasks to cleaning pools. In the summer, you’ll often find the whole family lending a hand, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    As a small business, Clear Pools operates with a core team of five dedicated staff members, with seasonal help during peak times. Since opening in 2015, Rob, Sarah, and their team have built a strong connection with the community. They take pride in offering personalized service and are committed to helping customers make the most of their pool experience. With a focus on building lasting relationships, Clear Pools is here to support you in every step of your pool journey.

    Our technicians and cleaners play crucial roles in ensuring the functionality and cleanliness of pools for our customers. Technicians are becoming skilled in maintaining and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters, ensuring that each component operates efficiently. They often diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades to enhance pool performance. Their responsibilities include skimming debris, vacuuming the pool floor, brushing walls, and balancing water chemistry to prevent algae growth and ensure safe swimming conditions.

    The retail/admin team serves as the backbone of the pool shop, combining customer service excellence with essential administrative functions to support the shop's overall success and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the team manages administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating with suppliers and service providers. Their efficient handling of these duties ensures that the pool shop operates smoothly and that customers receive timely and reliable service.
